Fabtech's 2WD lift spindles not only increases the vehicle's height, but provides increased front-end ground clearance while providing a stock-like ride. Lift spindles are compatible with Fabtech's Performance Suspension systems or may be installed on stock suspensions. The one-piece cast design directly replaces the factory units for a quick, easy, no-weld installation. All spindles are engineered to accept factory ball joints and feature a press in axle snub design for superior strength and longevity.

All Fabtech spindles will accept stock tires and wheels with the exception of the 2004-05 7" Performance System. Larger tires cannot be installed on the factory rims for this lift. If the vehicle is equipped with factory 17" wheels, you must use 17" or larger aftermarket wheels. Extended length coil springs provide clearance for 315/70R/17 tires on 17x8 wheels.

Extra Cab only -- New coil springs, replacement steering knuckles, lower control arm crossmembers and our unique suspension travel control system form the heart of this true performance system. 7" of front lift (5" rear) allows plenty of clearance for 35" rubber in all on or off-road situations.

Proper suspension travel control is crucial yet often overlooked. Superlift replaces the factory compression travel-stops with new units designed specifically for the 1/2 ton. The new stops feature a higher compression rate to offset increased load generated by wider and heavier tires and wheels. Superlift includes shims that allow you to precisely tune your vehicle's ride and handling. Increase stop-t-control arm clearance for a more compliant ride; reduce stop-clearance for a firmer ride and more control. This adjustable stop-clearance feature is a Superlift exclusive. Superlift also includes new extension travel stop brackets to ensure proper engagement and control. Rear lift includes block. Shocks are included in the kit as well.

3451 This leveling method involves installing the factory coil springs onto new Superlift coilover shock bodies. Superlift's lifetime warranted premium gas shocks feature 50mm diameter bodies with 14mm rods. The high pressure monotube design is valved slightly firmer than the factory shocks to reduce the spongy factory ride.

3450 1.25˝ Front Lift - This least expensive method utilizes a machined ring, called a preload ring, inserted below the factory shock’s coil spring. In addition to lifting the vehicle, the preload rings slightly increase spring rate which helps offset the additional loads created by running wider tires / wheels, and firms up what would otherwise be “spongy” ride and handling characteristics. If your vehicle is equipped with the factory Autoride electronic shock option, the preload ring lift method allows you to retain the factory shocks.

Superlift's 6" lift system for the 07-08 Avalanche was modeled using the most current computer design software allowing their engineers to tweak each new component for optimum performance. Superlift's replacement knuckle system installs quick and easy, plus the vehicle can be returned to stock later if desired.

A new differential skid plate connects and strengthens the front / rear crossmembers wile protecting the 4WD front axle's center section. Kicker braces, with urethane bushed eyes, span from the rear crossmember back to the frame to increase rigidity.

The stock upper control arms remain in their factory location, while crossmembers relocate the lower control arms downward 5". New cast ductile iron knuckles span the increased vertical distance between the upper and lower arms.

Superlift's knuckles yield the best possible alignment specifications - they maintain zero degrees of additional camber and toe angle change throughout the suspension travel cycle. This produces rock solid drivability traits, plus this knuckle design accepts the factory spare tire and wheel.

Beefy lower control arm crossmembers, and the remainder of each system's load-bearing bracketry, are laser cut from 1/4" thick plate steel. The front differential is lowered a full 4" to reduce CV axle angle and premature axle component wear. Additionally, the front differential's structural integrity is not compromised since no cutting is required. The factory front drive shaft and rear factory shocks are retained. 6" allows 33x12.50x17 with 5.5" BS
