405030 Features: This TRUXXX kit lifts 8-lug vehicles 2-3" in the front as well as raising the rear of the truck 1", getting rid of the factory rake. The kit comes with shock brackets and is designed to use the stock GM shocks or stock length aftermarket replacements. Kit installs in 3 hours.

The Zone 2wd HD system is built for everyday driving but sturdy enough for offroad abuse. The one piece main crossmembers in combination with the CNC machined ductile steering knuckles match the factory geometry for excellent ride and handling. The crossmembers are locked together with strut braces and rear compression struts to handle the heavy duty use of your truck. Complete with torsion bar brackets, sway bar links, rear blocks, ubolts and twin tube hydraulic shocks for a smooth ride. If quality, performance and value are what you demand, then look no farther!

Note: Gas models require minor exhaust modification to clear front driveshaft. Though unusual, some models with a carrier bearing may experience driveline vibration. If this occurs, order appropriate carrier bearing drop listed below.

Fabtech's 2WD lift spindles not only increases the vehicle's height, but provides increased front-end ground clearance while providing a stock-like ride. Lift spindles are compatible with Fabtech's Performance Suspension systems or may be installed on stock suspensions. The one-piece cast design directly replaces the factory units for a quick, easy, no-weld installation. All spindles are engineered to accept factory ball joints and feature a press in axle snub design for superior strength and longevity.

01-05 6" Performance lift kit includes one-piece Ductile Iron drop down steering knuckles attaching to heavy duty 1/4" thick, high arched lower control arm crossmembers. Solid steel billet sway bar end links with urethane bushings retain the factory front sway bar angle while the stock upper control arms and steering centerlink are retained in the factory position. Rear system includes extended length coil springs, track bar bracket and shock relocation mounts.

All Fabtech spindles will accept stock tires and wheels with the exception of the 2004-05 7" Performance System. Larger tires cannot be installed on the factory rims for this lift. If the vehicle is equipped with factory 17" wheels, you must use 17" or larger aftermarket wheels. Extended length coil springs provide clearance for 315/70R/17 tires on 17x8 wheels.

Rancho 4" lift kits for the 2WD 8-Lug Chevy/GMC Pickup include one piece MIG welded and reinforced subframe, CNC machined cast iron knuckles, torsion bar crossmember and front differential drop brackets. heavy duty tubular subframe braces with urethane bushings, extended front & rear sway bar end links and rear blocks. No exhaust modifications necessary.

This kit was developed using LT285/75R16 tires on 16x8" wheels with 4.5" B.S. Optional, Installation of the 35" tire (max tire Dia) will require some trimming of the plastic front air dam/fascia area.
