07-08 4WD Suburban, Tahoe, Avalanche 1500 Lift Kits

Most 2007 models come equipped with GM's Stabilitrack system. This has made it difficult to design a system that does not activate the system when driving around corners or out-of-angle driveways. The CST lift has no Stabilitrack issues. This means no lights turning on the dash or the anti-lock system kicking on causing a vibration under your foot. 

Another key feature is the factory track width remains exactly the way it came out of the factory if you use 5" to 5.5" back space wheels. Currently, CST says this is the only lift available with no track width adjustment over factory in the suspension which also means no CV spacers and no tires sticking out of the fender well

Kit components include CST one piece sub-frame with differential skid plate, fabricated lift spindle uprights, upper control arms with high misalignment ball joints, front brake lines, front coil-over spacers, sway bar drop mounts, differential drop mounts and rear 2" coil spacers. This kit will require 2 rear shocks only (sold separately.

Recommended tire size is a 33" tall tire on 8" wheels. It will be best to run a 5" back space wheel if available. Larger diameter tires may fit but recommend pre-fitment check & trimming may be required.

 2007 Chevrolet/GMC Suburban/Yukon XL
 1/2 and 3/4 Ton 4WD Suspension Lift Kits

This is an industry first! Trailmaster's  6" suspension kit for the 2007 Chevy/GMC 3/4 Ton SUV's. This kit provides clearance for 33x12.5x17 tires and 35x12.5x17 with some trimming required. The minimum wheel required for this kit is a 16x8 with 4 1/4" backspacing.

For the 3/4 SUV's both the 4" and 6" kits include precision CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles with precise laser cut cross members provide quality and consistent fitment every time. These are complete kits with all hardware and mounting brackets. Kits are sold with or without Trailmaster's SSV shocks. 

The Tahoe/Yukon 1500 5" kit includes Trailmaster's CNC machined ductile iron cast steering knuckles, precise laser cut cross members and brackets for quality and consistent fitment, complete rear cross member compression struts for added strength and stability,  independent front and rear cross members linked together with lateral struts and differential skid plate rigidity and ease of installation, and retains factory steering geometry.  This lift is compatible with stabilitrak and non-stabilitrac vehicles. Kit includes rear shocks. Maximum tire sive 34x17.

Rancho introduces the industry's first suspension system for the 2007 Tahoe/Yukon. Rancho's exclusive one-piece sub-frame provides maximum ground clearance and superior strength to the vehicle. Precisely relocating the lower control arms and differential, the sub-frame is engineered to ensure that both suspension and drivetrain geometry is calibrated to the optimal setting.

Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. This, along with the heavy duty CNC extended cast steering knuckles, maintains optimal steering geometry and results in a faster, easier installation. Combined, these features allow for the reuse of the stock wheels and fits up to a 315/70/17 tire. (Fitment of the maximum tire diameter may require trimming or modification to provide proper clearance. Wheels under 17" in diameter cannot be used.)

After receiving reports on increased sensitivity in GM's StabiliTrak system Rancho revised all their kits to include new steering knuckles and replacement tie-rod ends which better accommodate the StabiliTrak system.

2" Leveling Kit
Fabtech's 2" leveling kit consists of aluminum spacers that bolt on top of the factory coilover to maintain the factory type ride. Works with or without autoride. Installation requires no welding or drilling and takes about 2 hours.

2" Kit allows clearance for a 33x12.50x17 tire with a 17x8 wheel with 4-5/8" backspacing.

7" Basic and Performance Systems
The 2007 GM/Chevy system incorporates Fabtech's legendary one piece high arched lower crossmember design with an integrated differential skid plate for solid support of the front suspension. Special attention was given to the design of replacement extended length steering knuckles to keep the track width of the vehicle near stock while retaining turning radius for easy maneuverability in tight areas. All rear systems feature extended length tubular upper and lower link arms with an oversized trac bar relocation bracket to properly place the axle under the vehicle with zero driveline vibration.  

The Basic System features the above mentioned components along with front strut assembly spacers and rear performance coil springs.  

Fabtech's Performance System provides the Dirt Logic 2.5 coilover front shocks for superior damping.  Rear shock options with this system include Dirt Logic 2.25 Resi Shocks for a total suspension upgrade. This system will provide a supple highway ride with outstanding offroad capabilities for the best of both worlds.  For Auto Ride models Fabtech leads the industry with the first ever Black Box Ride technology. This allows for the removal of the factory Auto Ride shocks and the installation of Dirt Logic shocks without affecting the vehicle's computer system.  

Installation of all systems does not require relocation of the Rack and Pinion or disassembly of the front strut assemblies.  There are no brake line, exhaust system or driveline modifications required for installation.

2007 4WD Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Avalanche 1500 Superlift Lift Kits

Superlift's 1.25" utilizes a machined ring inserted below the factory shocks' coil spring.  If the vehicle is equipped with the factory Autoride electronic shock option, the preload ring lift method allows you to retain the factory shocks. 

The 2" kit involves installing the factory coil springs onto new Superlift coilover shock bodies.  Our lifetime warranted premium gas shocks feature 50mm diameter bodies with 14mm rods.  The high pressure gas monotube design is valved slightly firmer than factory shocks. 

Superlift's 6" lift system was modeled using the most current computer design software allowing their engineers to tweak each new component for optimum performance. Superlift's replacement knuckle system installs quick and easy, plus the vehicle can be returned to stock later if desired.

A new differential skid plate connects and strengthens the front / rear crossmembers wile protecting the 4WD front axle's center section. Kicker braces, with urethane bushed eyes, span from the rear crossmember back to the frame to increase rigidity.

The stock upper control arms remain in their factory location, while crossmembers relocate the lower control arms downward 5". New cast ductile iron knuckles span the increased vertical distance between the upper and lower arms.

Superlift's knuckles yield the best possible alignment specifications - they maintain zero degrees of additional camber and toe angle change throughout the suspension travel cycle. This produces rock solid drivability traits, plus this knuckle design accepts the factory spare tire and wheel.

Beefy lower control arm crossmembers, and the remainder of each system's load-bearing bracketry, are laser cut from 1/4" thick plate steel. The front differential is lowered a full 4" to reduce CV axle angle and premature axle component wear. Additionally, the front differential's structural integrity is not compromised since no cutting is required. The factory front drive shaft and rear factory shocks are retained.

Daystar Products offers polyurethane coil spring spacers that will raise the front of the vehicle 2" for a level vehicle stance.  Kit is easily installed on the top of the stock coil over assembly without disassembling the stock coil over.  This kit will work with or without Auto Ride.  Available in black only.
