4.5" and 6.5" 4WD IFS Suspension Systems include massive 1 piece main crossmembers made from 1/4" thick steel and built to handle anything. These two main crossmembers are locked together by two strut bars that create a solid sub-frame. The CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure proper steering geometry as well as reduce installation time compared to a drop bracket system. Combine all of these factors and the Zone system is built to perform! Includes rear Zone Nitro shocks. Shock boots sold separately.

Note: Works with Stabilitrak. All wheel drive models require front driveline modification.

07-09 2WD Chevy/GMC 6-Lug Pickup lift kits by Rough Country. 

3" lift kit features strut spacers with hardware and rear blocks & u-bolts with rear Nitro 9000 shocks. Requires minor trimming of the factory bump stops.  Available with new upper control arms and new upper ball joints.

5" & 7.5" lift kits include front lifted knuckles, front and rear crossmembers, upper strut spacers, brake line brackets, and sway-bar drop brackets. Rear blocks, u-bolts, and brake line bracket. Two rear High Performance 2.2 series shocks. Minor cutting & drilling required. 18" or larger wheels required. Re-use stock front skid plate. No drivetrain or exhaust modification required.

6" allows 33x12.50x17 with 5.5" BS

Superlift's 6" lift system for the 6-Lug Silverado, Sierra was modeled using the most current computer design software. Cast iron knuckles included. New differential skid plate strengthens front & rear crossmembers, kicker braces span from rear crossmember to frame to increase rigidity. Lower control arm crossmembers and all remaining bracketry are laser cut from 1/4" thick plate steel. The rear shocks are retained. 

Lift Kits will not work with Stabilitrak or on Denali or Escalade models.

TrailMaster lift kit for the 07-08 2WD Silverado, Sierra 1500 is a true 6" lift. Includes  CNC machined ductile iron cast steering knuckles, precise laser cut cross members and brackets,  complete rear cross member compression struts for added strength and stability. Sold with replacement front SSV struts along with new SSV rear shocks for a complete matched system. Retains factory steering geometry. Independent front and rear cross members linked together with lateral struts and differential skid provide plate rigidity and ease of installation. Will work with stabilitrak.

07-08 2WD GM 1500 6"-7" RCD Lift Kit
Front end re-alignment is necessary. Speedometer recalibration is necessary if larger tires (10% more than stock diameter) are installed. System utilizes front strut and spring preload assembly spacers for 7" of increased ride height. System includes extended length high performance steel braided brake lines. Brake system bleeding will be required. Drive shaft modifications not required.

Clears up to 35x12.50 tires mounted on a 17x9 wheel with 4.5" backspacing, fender/ bumper/ valance trimming required. It is recommended to maintain the minimum factory wheel diameter. Trimming of valance/ bumper/ fender will be required with amount depending on wheel fitment and/or specific tire selection. Kit is designed to work with Stabilitrac. Stabilitrac may become more sensitive than stock on a lifted vehicle. Some vehicles may require manual disengagement of Stabilitrac in certain conditions. 

2007-08 2WD Chevy/GMC 1500 Pickup --  Starting with our industry leading crossmember and spindle technology, Fabtech pushes the envelope with superior ride height to properly clear 35” tall tires. Extensive design work was given to the extended length steering knuckles to keep the track width near stock with superior turning radius for maneuverability in tight spots. Lower control arm crossmembers are strengthened with cross tubes backed up by tubular frame struts to distribute front suspension impact loads. Rear suspension lift is accomplished via a block and add a leaf system. 

With two systems available, the Basic lift kit features all the above componentry with a front coilover spacer system utilizing the factory coilover assembly for a stock like ride. The Performance lift kit also offers the same componentry but with an upgrade to the Dirt Logic 2.5 or Dirt Logic 4.0 Adjustable Coilover shock in place of the factory front coilover assembly. Rear shock options include Performance shocks or Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks.

Rancho's 4" lift kit for the 07-08 2WD GM Pickup includes a one-piece sub-frame to provide maximum ground clearance and superior strength to the vehicle. Precisely relocating the lower control arms and differential, the sub-frame is engineered to ensure that both suspension and drivetrain geometry is calibrated to the optimal setting. Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. This, along with the heavy duty CNC extended cast steering knuckles, maintains optimal steering geometry and results in a faster, easier installation. Rear coil springs included. No drivetrain or exhaust modification required. Works on vehicles with Stabilitrak. Does not fit vehicles with Autoride and air leveling suspension.

Allow for the reuse of the stock wheels and fits up to a 315/70/17 tire. (Fitment of the maximum tire diameter may require trimming or modification to provide proper clearance. Wheels under 17" in diameter cannot be used.)
