CST has developed an unbeatable 4.5" lift system for the 2007 2WD Silverado 1500. This kit was specially engineered in a way that the stabilitrack system is not affected and no lights will come on the dash while going around corners or into driveways. This kit features 3.5" lift spindles, stainless steel braided front brake lines, 1" billet coil-over spacers and 2" rear block and u-bolt kit.

Factory ride is improved with this kit as well as the overall stability of the vehicle.

Superlift's 1.25" lift kit utilizes a machined ring inserted below the factory shocks' coil spring.  If the vehicle is equipped with the factory Autoride electronic shock option, the preload ring lift method allows you to retain the factory socks. 

The 2" kit involves installing the factory coil springs onto new Superlift coilover shock bodies.  Our lifetime warranted premium gas shocks feature 50mm diameter bodies with 14mm rods.  The high pressure gas monotube design is valved slightly firmer than factory shocks. 

Superlift's 6" lift system was modeled using the most current computer design software allowing their engineers to tweak each new component for optimum performance. Superlift's replacement knuckle system installs quick and easy, plus the vehicle can be returned to stock later if desired.

The stock upper control arms remain in their factory location, while crossmembers relocate the lower control arms downward 5". New cast ductile iron knuckles span the increased vertical distance between the upper and lower arms. Superlift's knuckles yield the best possible alignment specifications - they maintain zero degrees of additional camber and toe angle change throughout the suspension travel cycle. This produces rock solid drivability traits, plus this knuckle design accepts the factory spare tire and wheel.

A new differential skid plate connects and strengthens the front/rear crossmembers wile protecting the 4WD front axle's center section. Kicker braces, with urethane bushed eyes, span from the rear crossmember back to the frame to increase rigidity.

Beefy lower control arm crossmembers, and the remainder of each system's load-bearing bracketry, are laser cut from 1/4" thick plate steel. The front differential is lowered a full 4" to reduce CV axle angle and premature axle component wear. Additionally, the front differential's structural integrity is not compromised since no cutting is required. The factory front drive shaft is retained.

Three different options are offered for the rear shocks, Superide, Bilstein and SSR Remote.

6" Kits will not work with factory electronic shocks or Stabilitrak or on Denali or Escalade models.

Front end re-alignment is necessary. Speedometer recalibration is necessary if larger tires (10% more than stock diameter) are installed. System utilizes front strut and spring preload assembly spacers for 7" of increased ride height. Extended length monotube replacement struts will be available as an upgrade in the future, call for details. Clears up to 35x12.50 tires mounted on a 17x9 wheel with 4.5" backspacing, fender/ bumper/ valance trimming required. It is recommended to maintain the minimum factory wheel diameter. Trimming of valance/ bumper/ fender will be required with amount depending on wheel fitment and/or specific tire selection. Factory type front end disassembly tools are required for installation. Kit is designed to work with Stabilitrac. Stabilitrac may become more sensitive than stock on a lifted vehicle. Some vehicles may require manual disengagement of Stabilitrac in certain conditions. System includes extended length high performance steel braided brakelines. Brake system bleeding will be required. 2007-08 2WD Chevy/GMC 1500 Pickup -- Fabtech announces the release of their 6” Suspension systems for the new T900 platform 2007-08 GM 1500 Pickups. Starting with our industry leading crossmember and spindle technology, Fabtech pushes the envelope with superior ride height to properly clear 35” tall tires. Extensive design work was given to the extended length steering knuckles to keep the track width near stock with superior turning radius for maneuverability in tight spots. Lower control arm crossmembers are strengthened with cross tubes backed up by tubular frame struts to distribute front suspension impact loads. Rear suspension lift is accomplished via a block and add a leaf system. 

With two systems available, the Basic system features all the above componentry with a front coilover spacer system utilizing the factory coilover assembly for a stock like ride. The Performance system also offers the same componentry but with an upgrade to the Dirt Logic 2.5 or Dirt Logic 4.0 Adjustable Coilover shock in place of the factory front coilover assembly. Rear shock options include Performance shocks or Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks. Both systems have been properly designed to work with the factory Stabilitrac safety functions without reprogramming of the vehicle’s computer

Rancho introduces the industry's first suspension system for the 2007 Silverado/Sierra. The totally re-engineered Silverado/Sierra Pickup incorporates a new coil-over IFS design. Rancho's exclusive replacement front coil over shock absorbers eliminates the need to use spacers.  This uncompromising design provides enhanced off-road performance and untouchable ride quality. 

Underneath the front end is Rancho's signature one-piece sub-frame.  Constructed from laser cut 1/4" steel the sub frame's components are welded to provide a precise fit and superior strength. Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. This, along with new extended cast steering knuckles, maintains optimal steering geometry and results in a faster, easier installation. Combined, these features allow for the reuse of the stock wheels and fits up to a 315/70/17 tire with 5.5" backspacing.

Fitment of the maximum tire diameter may require trimming or modification to provide proper clearance. Wheels under 17" in diameter cannot be used.

After receiving reports on increased sensitivity in GM's StabiliTrak system Rancho revised all their kits to include new steering knuckles and replacement tie-rod ends which better accommodate the StabiliTrak system.
