4.5" and 6.5" 4WD IFS Suspension Systems include new coil over struts that reuse your factory coils and give added performance over a strut spacer system. The massive 1 piece main crossmembers are made from 1/4" thick steel and maintain a factory appearance. In addition to a heavy duty differential skid plate that locks the two crossmembers together an additional strut bar is included on the passenger side to ensure a solid sub-frame. No low hanging compression struts are necessary! The CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure proper steering geometry as well as reduce installation time compared to a drop bracket system. Includes rear Zone Nitro shocks. Shock boots sold separately.

Note: Works with Stabilitrak. All wheel drive models require front driveline modification.

2007-08 (Except Classic) 4WD Chevrolet/GMC Silverado/Sierra 1500 6" Suspension lift kit by Trailmaster is a true 6" lift with CNC machined ductile iron cast steering knuckles, crossmembers & brackets, rear crossmember compression struts, rear block kit and SSV front struts and rear shocks.

6" allows 35x17 w/ 4.5" BS or 35x20 w/ 5 3/4" BS

Revtek's 6" lift kit for the 2007-09 4WD Silverado/Sierra 1500 is designed to deliver excellent on and off road performance with CNC machined ductile iron cast steering knuckles, precise laser cut cross members and brackets for quality and consistent fit, complete rear cross member compression struts for added strength and stability. Independent front and rear cross members linked together with differential skid plate for rigidity and ease of installation. Retains factory steering geometry.

2007-09 4WD GM 1500 6"-7" RCD lift kit utilizes front strut and spring preload assembly spacers for 7" of increased ride height. Stainless steel braided brakelines included and rear Bilstein 5100 shocks. Drive shaft modifications not required.

Clears up to 35x12.50 tires mounted on a 17x9 wheel with 4.5" backspacing, fender/ bumper/ valance trimming required. It is recommended to maintain the minimum factory wheel diameter. Trimming of valance/ bumper/ fender will be required with amount depending on wheel fitment and/or specific tire selection.

6" allows 33x12.50x17 with 5.5" BS

2007-10 4WD Silverado, Sierra K1500 replacement knuckle 6" lift kit installs quick and easy, plus the vehicle can be returned to stock later if desired. Includes crossmembers to relocate lower control arms, new cast ductile iron knuckles, differential skid plate and kicker braces with urethane bushings. Beefy lower control arm crossmembers, and the remainder of each system's load-bearing bracketry, are laser cut from 1/4" thick plate steel. No cutting is required and factory front drive shaft is retained. Does work with Stabilitrak.

6" allows 35x12.50R17 with 17x8 with 5" BS

Rack and pinion is retained in a stock position.  There are no brake line or driveline modifications required for installation. 

The Basic System features the above mentioned components along with a front coilover spacer system utilizing the factory coilover assembly for a stock like ride.  

The Performance System provides the Dirt Logic 2.5 coilover front shocks for superior damping.  Rear shock options with this system include Dirt Logic 2.25 Non Resi Shocks for a total suspension upgrade. This system will provide a supple highway ride with outstanding offroad capabilities for the best of both worlds.

Tuff Country's 2" lift kit for the 4WD Silverado 1500  pickup includes front spacers with either a 3" rear block kit that replaces the factory block or a 2" rear add-a-leaf. New rear shocks are not required but recommended. If upgrading to a larger tire (285/70) with aftermarket rims a positive 30 offset is required. If lower than a positive 30 offset wheel is use, trimming is required. If kit is used with factory rims, no trimming will be required.

4" lift kit is designed to give unmatched strength, durability and allow for a quicker installation. This highly engineered lift kit uses a sub frame system consisting of two cross members that are connected by a heavy duty skid plate. Factory front struts can be retained through the use of the unique strut spacers, which allows for a near factory ride and reduced costs. 3" cast iron blocks lift the rear to level the Chevy Silverado. 

Rancho's 4" lift kit for the 07-08 4WD Chevy Pickup incorporated a new coil-over IFS design. A one-piece sub-frame constructed from laser cut 1/4" steel provides superior strength. Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. This, along with new extended cast steering knuckles and tie-rod ends maintains optimal steering geometry and results in a faster, easier installation. Also includes front differential drop brackets, high-clearance aft braces and extended front brake lines. 

Allows for the reuse of the stock wheels and fits up to a 315/70/17 tire with 5.5" backspacing. Fitment of the maximum tire diameter may require trimming or modification to provide proper clearance. Wheels under 17" in diameter cannot be used.
