Standard
finish is gloss black powder coat 3 mil. thick. Bonded chrome powder
coat finish looks like transparent silver and comes with a 2 year
warranty. The bonded chrome process attaches the chrome to the metal at
the molecular level for a more durable finish that will last longer than
conventional plated chrome.
Custom paint colors are also available and come with a one
year warranty. These cost more and require a
little extra time for delivery.
Cab-Length Features: The patented
hoop step design is a one-piece unit consisting of a 3" main tube
with drop down steps that have welded step pads. Because the Nerf Steps
are one-piece, it makes for extremely easy installation. Their specific
design allows for a 445 lb. weight rating, being the highest in the
industry. They are built high and tight to hide the vehicle's frame as
well as provide protection from road debris.
