How to Measure

End Link Assemblies - How to select the correct End Links

  • Vehicle must have all 4 tires on smooth, level surface.
  • Check to see if Sway Bar End and Control Arm are parallel (B & C). Must be parallel. If they are parallel, measure spacer length (A) and see chart for replacement kit number. If they are NOT parallel, follow instructions below.
  • If not parallel, disconnect Sway Bar end (B) on both sides of vehicle.
  • Move Sway Bar until it is parallel with Control Arm.
  • Measure the original spacer length then ADD or SUBTRACT that distance necessary to make Sway Bar & Control Arm parallel. Then see chart for replacement kit number.

Use nearest length in chart. Your dimensions may vary slightly.

Lubrathane
 Daystar's Lubrathane is a specially blended lubricant designed specifically for polyurethane bushings. It is a fully synthetic mix of silicone and Teflon* that is water resistant and does not attract dust. Lubrathane has a high temperature rating and provides a thin film of lubrication that eliminates squeaks and reduces wear.

Lubrathane is available in packages that include a grease gun and in stand-alone 3-ounce canisters.
