Begin with a Teflon inner bladder that's surrounded with a Kevlar inner braid (the same stuff used in bulletproof vests). The Kevlar layer is then wrapped in a rubber sheathing followed by stainless steel braid. Finally, the whole thing is wrapped in a plastic sheathing.
