The Revtek system includes cast aluminum coil spacers (and necessary new studs) for the front suspension which produces a more level stance over the factory ride height. This improved stance enhances the look of the vehicle while also providing enough clearance to run up to a 35x12.50 tire on a stock offset wheel. By leveling the vehicle, rearward visibility is greatly enhanced over the factory ride due to better visual angle over the tailgate. By utilizing the OEM strut and shock system this system provides a quick, price effective way of enhancing the look and performance of the vehicle.

Part No. 4520, 3/4" TALL SPACER is needed for leveling (side-to-side) problem trucks. Some Dodges sit a touch low on one side or the other when new. Dodge factory side-to-side tolerances are a full 1”. Occasionally you will encounter a truck that is low on one side after a lift is installed that was level (or close to level) in stock form. 

This situation is caused by an unusually high curb weight variance at the front wheels. The spacers can also be used to offset height lost from the installation of a winch / bumper or snow plow. The spacer installs between the bottom of the coil spring and its seat then welds in place.
