Rubicon Express Jeep lift kits

Rubicon Express recommends running a rear CV driveshaft on any Jeep lifted 3.5" or taller. When lifting a vehicle, excessive compound angles are put on the conventional two joint driveshaft which creates vibration and possibly premature failure.

Note: When installing a SYE and CV driveshaft, rear upper control arms or shims are needed to adjust the proper pinion angle.

 03-06 Jeep Rubicon Edition Driveshafts. Direct bolt on replacement heavy duty driveshaft featuring a 1350 CV joint. You no longer need to replace the transfer case yoke or use an adapter when replacing your driveshaft after lifting your Rubicon. This driveshaft is featuring 32 degrees of movement at the CV and a 1330 greasable slip yoke at the axle. Made with heavy duty greaseable u-joints and heavy wall tubing for extra strength.  Slip Yoke Long XJ NP231 (84-95) - Extended Cherokee slip yoke adds 5/8" of length and, most importantly, sufficient operating angle to avoid driveshaft bind on lifted vehicles. A must for any lifted Cherokee where a CV driveshaft kit is not utilized. An easy install. RE1822 $75
  Stock Jeeps have a slip yoke style output shaft at the rear driveline. This design is not conducive to off road use nor the steeper operating angles caused by suspension lifts. To ensure smooth and durable driveline operation, convert to a fixed yoke output and install a CV driveshaft. This kit requires the modification of your stock output shaft. Drill and tap included for easy installation. Drive flange is machined from solid Stainless Steel for extreme strength and corrosion resistance.
