Rocky Mountain Suspension Products, suspension lift kits for 2004 2WD Ford

Superior quality and innovation is what you'll get from the CST 7" suspension lift. A 2-piece sub frame with integrated lower skid plate, fabricated extended spindle knuckles, coil over drop spacer, stainless steel braided front brake lines and sway bar drop mount is what it takes to achieve a true 7" of lift in the front of this truck. For the rear, a 3" fabricated lift block and u-bolts which will level out the rear of the truck with the front are included.

Rear shocks are required and CST Performance shocks are high pressure nitrogen charged mono tube shocks.

Recommended tire size: 35" tall tires on 8" wide wheels with up to 4-5/8" backspacing will fit with no trimming. Kits may fit a slightly larger tire or wider wheel. Be sure to test fit before use. Minor trimming may be required.

2004-08 2WD F150 6" Basic Crossmember system. Using Fabtech's arched lower control arm crossmembers and cast extended length spindle technology, this system provides superior ground clearance with a smooth ride. Included in this system are 2.25" monotube front shocks that utilize the stock coil springs with anodized billet coil seats for a compliant on and offroad ride. Other features include lower control arm eccentric cams for easy alignment, sway bar drop brackets, 2" double pin cast iron rear lift blocks and u-bolts.

As an upgrade, Fabtech offers the system with their Dirt Logic 2.5 adjustable Coilovers. The Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers feature a large 2.50" OD nickel plated steel body, 2.25" OD piston along with billet aluminum end caps, in a take-apart design for fine tuning if required. This large front Coilover provides outstanding offroad dampening for aggressive driving while providing a compliant highway ride. Due to the superior dampening capacity of the Dirt Logic 2.5, Fabtech cautions drivers not to drive past the limits of the stock components of the vehicle.

04-08 Ford F-150 2WD 6" Suspension System

The true 6" Skyjacker suspension lift for the 04-06 F-150 2WD, includes CNC machined steering knuckles. This unique design features a high clearance front cross-member and retains the factory rear cross-member. Installation requires no cutting; welding or grinding and the factory rack and pinion require no modifications. The rear options include Softride rear springs or rear add-a-leafs.
