Skyjacker has designed Super Duty lift kits to be installer friendly. Due to Skyjacker's extensive research and design process, no cutting or grinding is necessary. Caster and Pinion angles are incorporated into the new bracketry design. Each lift allows the vehicle to be returned to stock with no modifications.

The 2" Suspension lifts are designed for the Ford owner who doesn't require a lot of lift, but wants an aggressive off-road look, a leveled stance, and clearance for those larger tires. The 2" lift comes with full-height front coils springs, and new rear add-a-leafs. Allows 33x12.50 tires.

The 4" and 6" lifts feature full-height front coil springs, heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket to center the axle, extended sway bar end links, radius arm drop brackets, single steering stabilizer, carrier bearing lowering bracket, and bump stop bracket. A pitman arm is recommended and sold separately. 4" allows 35x12.50 tires. 6" allows 37x12.50 tires.

Kits use rear blocks or add-a-leafs. Systems use rear leaf springs. Amount of lift will vary according to factory package options. Shocks purchased separately.

 

8.5" Class II: True Front 4-Link Conversion proves less pinion angle and less caster camber change during the travel cycle. Ultra heavy duty drop track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides - making good geometry sense of this high-stress area. Includes Softride front coils, longer sway bar links, stainless steel braided brake lines, precision engineered drop bracketry for 4-link mounts to axle and frame. A pitman arm is recommended and sold separately.

8.5" Notes: Heavy duty replacement front sway bar is recommended for improved handling (FSB550). Lift is designed to level models with factory 1-7/8" rear blocks. Models with optional factory 3-7/8" rear blocks will have a higher rake angle in the rear. Lift heights will vary depending on factory package options. Models with rear sway bar must order extended rear sway bar end links (SBE406). Models equipped with a Sterling rear axle will need wider rear u-bolts ordered separately. (See options below.) Allows 38x12.50 wheels, 16.5x9.75 tires with 4.625 BS

Revtek is proud to introduce the most complete 2.5" lift kit on the market. These lifts will level your truck and correct caster back to OE specs with eccentric alignment bushings. Allows 35x12.50's on stock rims. 

F250 2.5" kit include coil cast spacers or coil springs with hardware, eccentric alignment bushings, rear block kit and front shocks. Retain factory rear shocks.


F350 2.5" includes everything listed for the F250 with the exception of the rear block kit which is not needed due to the larger size of the rear factory block.

The 4.5" and 6" lift kits are available with new tubular radius arms or with radius arm drop brackets.

Superlift Technical Bulletin 1/31/05

NOTICE: Shimmy problem on stock vehicles (2005 4WD F250, F350) - In stock condition, some trucks exhibit a slight steering wheel oscillation (a quick back and forth motion) immediately after the truck impacts a rough spot in the road surface. Ford offers a dealer-performed warranty "fix". Contact your local Ford dealer. Using your VIN number, your Ford dealer can determine whether or not your truck is equipped with the new "tighter" steering box.



The additional mass of larger/heavier tires and wheels can amplify this pre-existing condition. 

If the truck still exhibits shimmy after Ford's warranty "fix", Superlift suggests checking the truck's caster angle. Superlift has found that factory specification of 3 degrees positive caster should be maintained. Also, a dual steering stabilizer helps to dampen excessive shimmy.

The 2005-07 Super Duty's coil spring/radius arm front suspension is very sensitive to changes in caster angle; the truck loses approximately 3 degrees of caster for every 2" of lift. Unless caster is properly addressed, drivability noticeably suffers as ride height is increased. 

Superlift highly recommends their dual steering stabilizer be used in conjunction with the factory stabilizer.

2"-2.5" Front Leveling Systems

  • Diesel and gas engine specific coil springs ensure proper lift height and factory ride quality.
  • Alignment bushings or Caster Brackets required. Caster Brackets restore caster angle easily and economically - both options sold separately

4" & 6" Lift Contains the same type components as the 2" leveling system plus:

  • New threaded front anti-sway bar extensions to not require cutting/welding

4-Link Conversion Kit

  • Fixed length upper links made of 2" O x.188" wall thickness DOM tubing and .25" steel plate.  Greasable, high density Urethane eye bushings deform less under load which improves control. 

  • Rockrunner Series lower links swivel to allow bind free operation and their length can be set for infinite caster adjustment. 

  • New 4-link arm bracket attaches to existing radius arm bracket which is riveted to the truck frame.

05-07 4WD Super Duty Lift Kits

CST 2.5" lift allows 305/70/17 on 17x8 wheels with 5" to 5.25" backspace. 

The CST 4.5" lift was designed to allow proper clearance of a 35" tall tire and a perfect height to pull any trailer comfortably. (35" tall tire on 17x8 wheel with 5" backspace) This kit features radius arm drop hangers, performance front coil springs, pan hard bar drop mount and drop pitman arm to ensure proper alignment of the front axle and steering components, bump stop and sway bar drop mounts and a factory steering stabilizer relocation bracket. Blocks and u-bolts are included to lift the rear to level the truck. Vehicle can be returned to stock. Shocks are sold separately. The CST Performance Shocks have been valved specifically for the vehicle to ensure a smooth and stable ride.

The CST 8" kit includes: Fabricated front radius arms with Jonny Joints, performance front coil springs, pan hard bar drop mount,  pitman arm drop mount, bump stop and sway bar drop mounts, CNC machined sway bar end links w/ 5/8 heim joints, brake line relocation brackets, factory steering stabilizer drop mount, rear progressive stack leaf springs and u-bolt kit. (Front and Rear shocks REQUIRED but not included in the direct kit see kit options above). This lift may be purchased without any rear lift. CST recommends 8" of rear lift for the vehicle to sit level. 

Allows 37" tall tire on 8" or 10" wide wheels with 5” backspace. Kits may fit a slightly larger tire. Be sure to test fit before use. Minor trimming may be required

Fabtech's 2" leveling system features machined coil spring spacer mounts designed to level the vehicle front to rear. Utilizing the stock front coil springs provides a factory like ride with increased height and a quick installation. Use 33/12.50R 17 tires, 17x8 wheels with 4.5" backspacing with minor trimming.

The 6" Basic System is designed for the budget minded enthusiast. This system allows the installation of 6" coils while utilizing the stock radius arms. Completing this system is a trac bar relocation bracket, pitman arm, sway bar drops, rear block kit and longer shocks. 

The 6" & 8" Radius Arm Systems feature tubular radius arms that provide unsurpassed strength and performance. These arms feature a full tubular structure strengthened by dimple die side plates with an adjustable alignment cam at the axle to allow caster adjustment. Completing this system is a trac bar relocation bracket, pitman arm, bump stop mounts, steering stabilizer bracket, billet sway bar links and drop bracket, rear block kit and longer shocks. For the ultimate in suspension performance Fabtech offers a bolt on 4 Link System that provides unsurpassed articulation and wheel travel. These 2" diameter heavy wall links feature race style 1" Uniballs for superior strength. Thick 1/4" steel brackets secure the 4 Links to the frame without cutting or welding. This system allows the use of replacement coil springs or Dirt Logic adjustable Coilover Shock conversion. System also includes Billet sway bar links, trac bar relocation bracket, pitman arm and more.

Coilover Conversion towers directly replace the stock coil spring buckets with super stout gusseting. The conversion system is specifically designed for the Dirt Logic 4.0 piggyback adjustable coilover shock. The Coilover Conversion system is compatible with both the Radius Arm and 4 Link kits.

05-07 Super Duty with 3" Rough Country lift, 35x12.50's

Rough Country's 6" Radius Arm Drop suspension features luxury ride coil springs matching OE coils rates that are specifically designed for gas or diesel motors. A heavy duty track bar relocation bracket properly centers the axle and matches the steering angles created by the supplied drop pitman arm while the radius arm drop brackets maintain the Super Duty's OE caster angles. A steering stabilizer relocation bracket maintains proper steering control but a RC problem solver single unit is recommended with larger tires and a RC dual stabilizer is required when running 37” tires.

Tuff Country EZ-Ride suspension's 2005-06 Super Duty 4.5" and 6" suspension lift kit is the perfect blend of top quality components and affordability. "EZ-Ride" coil springs lift the front to provide a comfortable ride. Proper alignment is maintained with the use of radius arm drop brackets (replaces the factory brackets), heavy duty track bar relocation bracket and a drop pitman arm.  A radius arm support cross bar is used for added front end strength and stability. Also included are brake line extensions, front bump stop extensions, front ABS extensions, front sway bar drop brackets & front sway bar end links. Allows use of 36" tires.

2.5" Features
