Revtek 99-04 Super Duty 4" & 6" lift kits include front tapered leaf springs with  military wrap, spring bushings & u-bolts, pitman arm, shocks & boots, carrier bearing drop and track bar brackets. Lifts also fit V8 models and amount of lift will be from 1/4" to 1/2" higher in front. Easy, bolt-on installation with no cutting or welding.

To reduce tire rub when using wider tires, the suggested wheel offset for use with is a standard to negative offset. (May require trimming on lower valance.)

Kits use rear blocks. Systems use rear leaf springs.

Skyjacker standard 4" & 6" lift kits for the 99-04 4WD F250, F350 Super Duty include front Softride springs, rear blocks or leaf springs, front sway bar links& massive track bar drop brackets. A pitman arm is required & sold separately. 

The 8" standard lift kit include all of the above plus a power steering pitman arm, both front and rear sway bar links, front & rear stainless steel braided brake lines and a carrier bearing lowering kit.

Kits use rear blocks. Systems use rear leaf springs. Shocks sold separately.

Rough Country lift kits for 99-04 4WD Ford Super Duty (Except Dually) 4" & 6"  lift kits include front leaf springs, poly bushings, u-bolts, track bar drop bracket, bump stop extensions, rear blocks or add-a-leafs, 4 shocks of your choice. Pitman arm included with 6" kit. Highly recommended for 4" kit and sold separately. Available with either rear blocks or rear leaf springs.

Carrier bearing bracket required if vehicle has 2-piece rear driveshaft. 
Shock boots are not included.

The Superlift  Select Series leaf springs are 10-leaf units used in the 4" - 10" lift kits. Using more leafs yields a progressive leaf stack, which produces a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the suspension cycle. Other design features include anti-friction pads, full military-wrapped spring eyes and functional urethane compression travel stops.

Your choice of Superlift Superide, Bilstein or Select Series with remote reservoir (SSR) shocks.

10" Lift System includes  8" lift Select Series front springs with our 2" lift spring hanger / shackle system.  7" replacement rear springs and 2" lift blocks raise the rear.  The 10" system also includes longer Bulletproof front brake hoses, adjustable track-bar, and rear dual shock brackets (the extra pair of rear shocks are ordered separately).  The 10" lift includes 4 shocks. An optional dual front shock system is available.  

Note: Vehicles with 2-piece rear driveshaft should order carrier bearing drop brackets.

3" spring hangers maintain a factory ride by relocating factory front springs. Includes front sway bar end links, track bar brackets, bump stop drop brackets. Vehicles equipped with stock front shackle crossmember require replacement part 20915.

3.5" lift kit includes EZ-Ride front leaf springs, front sway bar end links, track bar bracket and rear add-a-leafs.

6" lift kit include EZ-Ride front leaf springs with rear add-a-leafs & replacement rear blocks, track bar bracket with camber adjustment bolt and front sway bar end links. Pitman arm recommended & sold separately

8" lift kit includes EZ-Ride front & rear leaf springs, track bar bracket with camber adjustment bolt, front sway bar end links, carrier bearing drop kit, front brake extensions, rear replacement brake lines, & pitman arm. Front and rear driveshaft modification required.

Notes: It is not recommended to lift any F250/F350 with a 3/4" diameter stock track bar. Tuff Country offers a 1" replacement bar Part # 20950.

RCD 4" & 6" suspension lift kits  for the 99-04 4WD Super Duty include front leaf springs (9 to 11 leaves per pack) with OEM rubber bushings, nylon anti-friction pads and military wrap over main leaf eyelet. Also included are 3/8" thick steel front trac bar relocation brackets, replacement extended sway bar links, pitman arm, rear block kit, and 4 Bilstein 5100 Series Monotube shocks. Due to inconsistent factory ride height, some vehicles may require an add-a-leaf or other modification to level vehicle.
