Superift Super Duty lift kit
Select Series -- The Superlift Select Series leaf springs are 10-leaf units. Using more leafs yields a progressive leaf stack, which produces a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of the Select springs is the primary key to good ride quality. Additionally, as overall spring pack thickness increases, the amount of arch that is needed to attain a given lift height decreases. Reduced arch translates into less inter-leaf friction and less shackle movement, all of which improves ride quality. Other design features include anti-friction pads inserted between the leafs for a smoother ride and quiet operation, full military-wrapped spring eyes for superior durability and functional urethane compression travel stops.

Super Duty 10" Lift System Features: In an effort to keep spring arch to a minimum - remember that reduced arch improves ride quality - we use our superb riding 8" lift Select Series front springs with our 2" lift spring hanger / shackle system. 7" replacement rear springs and 2" lift blocks raise the rear. The 10" system also includes longer Bulletproof front brake hoses, adjustable track-bar for precise bar "phasing", and rear dual shock brackets (the extra pair of rear shocks are ordered separately). The 10" lift includes 4 shocks. An optional dual front shock system is available.

Note: Vehicles with 2-piece rear driveshaft should order carrier bearing drop brackets.

Skyjacker 4" & 6" lift kits include Softride springs, rear blocks or leaf springs, front sway bar links& massive track bar drop brackets. A pitman arm is required & sold separately.

The 8" standard lift kit include all of the above plus a power steering pitman arm, both front and rear sway bar links, front & rear stainless steel braided brake lines and a carrier bearing lowering kit.

Skyjacker also offers a 6" & 8" Z-Link Coilover conversion for the Super Duty. This system allows you to remove the factory equipped front leaf springs and convert to a coil-over front suspension. This allows for greater suspension travel and improved ride quality. This is an easy, bolt-o0n installation only requiring you to drill 4 holes per side to convert to the ultimate setup.

Rough Country lift kits for 99-04 4wd Ford Super Duty

2.5" lift kit features: Front spring hanger brackets, front shackles, crash bar and hardware. 33X12.50 tires.

4" & 6" lift kits include front leaf springs, poly bushings, u-bolts, track bar drop bracket, bump stop extensions, rear blocks or add-a-leafs, 4 shocks. Pitman arm included with 6" kit. Highly recommended for 4" kit and ordered separately. Carrier bearing bracket required if vehicle has 2-piece rear driveshaft. 2.5" Leveling Kit with Leaf Pack, Front only
Recommended for vehicles with 3.5" rear blocks
Includes 2 front leaf packs that are added to existing front leaf springs. by using the 4 or 5 leaf spring pack, most of the lift height is added from the thickness of the leaf pack, not by re-arching the stock springs. The benefit is a level truck with a near factory ride.

2000-2004 4WD SUPER DUTY

The Fabtech Spring and Shackle Hanger lift kit system obtains 3.5" of front end lift without changing the front leaf springs. The extended length shackles provide an easy install with increased leaf spring flexibility. This system will provide a front end ride height increase of 3.5" without changing the leaf springs. Includes replacement front frame crossmember and bumper brackets.

The Fabtech Spring Hanger system obtains 3.5" of front end lift without changing the front leaf springs. The super stout spring hangers replace the factory units without welding or cutting. Includes replacement front frame crossmember and bumper brackets.

Fabtech's 5.5" and 8" Performance systems offer more than just increased ride height. The progressive thin 10-leaf front spring pack rides on nylon glide pads for a superior ride. Front springs include military wrapped front eyes with 4 leaf clamps for exceptional strength.

8" Coilover Conversion System
This 100% bolt-on 8" 4 Link Coilover conversion system utilizes the same 2" OD links with race style 1" spherical bearings as Fabtech's 2005 Super Duty for superior strength. The 4 Link arms attach to the frame with bolt-on 1/4" thick steel brackets. The link arms are attached to the factory front axle housing with massive 1/4" thick steel brackets that surround the housing and secure the 4 Link arms for heavy offroad use. Due to the increased side load of a 4 Link suspension Fabtech includes a replacement 2" OD trac bar with 1-1/4" Heims to properly locate the front axle throughout the travel range. The Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shocks attach to the frame via a large hoop style shock bucket and to the axle, integrating into the 4 Link axle brackets. The factory sway bar is relocated with billet sway bar links while triple-layer limiting straps control the extended wheel travel of the front suspension. This system will provide a substantial ride quality increase both on and off road.

Rear Spring Hanger Features:

1/4" thick steel brackets are fully gusseted for strength & performance
Provides 3" of rear lift eliminating stacking of blocks for 6" systems and allows usage of a smaller block for 8" systems

Approximately 5-hour, no cutting, no weld installation. Some drilling required. Driver side installation requires gas tank to be loosened from frame to gain access to rivets. Gas tank then re-attached in the stock position.

Trailmaster's 6" suspension lift includes front and rear leaf springs specifically designed for gas or diesel applications, track Bar relocation bracket to eliminated bump steer, vulcanized rubber bushings for the leaf springs, all mounting hardware and a drop pitman arm. The kit can be purchased with Trailmaster SSV shocks or without shocks. With an easy bolt on installation the kit will fit a 37 x 12.50" tire on an 8" wide wheel.
