1997-03 4WD F150; 2004 F150 HERITAGE SUSPENSION LIFT KITS

The Rough Country 4"-5" lift kit for the 97-03 4WD F150 includes CNC machined front steering knuckles, front skid plate, differential skid plate, front & rear 3-piece 1/4" thick steel crossmembers, sway bar links, bump stop brackets, torsion bar brackets, rear block kit and shocks. Shock boots not included. No drivetrain or exhaust modifications required.

Fits 35x12.50 or metric equivalent tires, 4-1/2" backspacing with no rubbing or trimming of the fender well. Will not work with factory wheels.

Allows 35x12.50 tires on new rims with 4.5" BS

97-03 F150 4.5" Tuff Country Lift Kit Spindle / Sub-frame design makes for a simple, bolt-on installation. One piece sub-frame increases strength and eliminates squeaks and rattles from front end. Also includes torsion bar drop brackets, front bump stop relocation brackets and differential drop brackets to keep the proper alignment and geometry. 5.5" cast iron lift blocks are used lift the rear end. These new blocks replace the factory blocks.

2" lift allows 33x12.50
4.5" lift allows 35x12.50 tires on new rims with medium offset.

Skyjacker 6" Lift Kit  is a direct bolt-in setup with CNC machined steering knuckles, with or without 2-piece 4-point skid plate, heavy duty crossmembers, bracketry for front upper differential mounts, bracketry for torsion bar crossmember, replacement longer front sway bar end links, front & rear brake line relocation brackets. No drive shaft replacement or modifications. Allows 35x12.50 tires with 4.5" BS

Kits use rear blocks. Systems use rear leaf springs.

This is a complete 2" lift for both the front and rear of your F150. The front is lifted with Zone Offroad torsion bar keys made in the USA and are 100% resonant frequency tested to ensure a solid casting. Once tested the keys are CNC machined to ensure the proper amount of lift for your vehicle. These keys are designed lift the front of your truck 2 inches. The rear is lifted with a 2" block and U-bolt kit.

Zone Offroad offers this Combo Kit with a 2" body lift plus 2" torsion bar keys to allow for 33x12.50 tires at a cost that is drastically less than a full suspension system. Combine the keys with the body lift and you have a simple to install 4" system at a price you can afford!

RCD 4"-5" lift kits for the 97-03 4WD F150 include CNC machined cast iron steering knuckles, heavy duty 2-piece lower sub-frame assembly and plished stainless steel "Twin-Link" anti-compression struts, CNC machined, zinc plated billet steel sway bar links with over-sized urethane bushings and 4 Bilstein mono-tube shocks. No driveshaft modifications necessary.

To clear 35x12.50 tires requires wheels with a maximum of 4-5/8" backspacing
