Trailmaster's 4" lift kit for 97-03 F150 includes fully integrated crossmembers to connect driver & passenger side lower control arm bracketry. Drops differential with new bracketry a full 4" to keep driveline geometry at factory specs. Maintains factory torsion bar settings and includes torsion bar drop brackets. Rear add-a-leaf used to provide level vehicle stance for the F150. 

Trailmaster's 6" lift fits all V8 Gas engine models including the Supercrew and FX4. This kit allows the use of stock wheels and tires.  It includes CNC machnes ductile iron cast steering knuckles, precise laser kut cross members and brackets for quality and consistent fitment, and Kevlar lined brake lines. The kit retains factory steering geometry. The front and rear cross members are linked together with lateral struts and differential skid plate. Maximum tire size is 315/75R16.

New front and rear cross member assemblies drop the lower control arms 4-1/2". The factory upper control arms are located on top of the frame rails so relocating them downward is not practical. Instead, all new CNC machined, precision cast steel knuckle assemblies (not ball joint spacers) span the increased distance between upper and lower control arms. The two cross members span the full width of the frame to enhance overall system strength and rigidity. The front axle assembly is also lowered 4-1/2" to maintain factory CV angles. Front wheel travel is increased by 20% at the wheel.

Proper steering linkage geometry is maintained via a "dropped" centerlink and Centerlink Stability System. The new centerlink keeps linkage and lower control arm movement in phase. The CSS prevents the fore and aft movement of the centerlink and prevents premature wear of factory components.

The system is built with durability in mind---kicker braces reinforce the rear cross member while a 2-piece skid plate protects the steering linkage and front differential housing. New longer front brake hoses and four Superlift or Bilstein shocks are included.
