Jeep Wrangler Unlimited & Unlimited Rubicon
 2-Door and 4-Door Models 

The 3/4" Front Spacer kit is ideal for leveling out the front of the Jeep due to aftermarket add-ons.

The 2" Poly Value kit includes front and rear Poly coil spacer and front and rear bump stops. Max tire and wheel Size is 33x12.50x16 with 4.5" BS

The 2.5" & 3.5" lift kits include performance replacement Softride front and rear coils springs which provide a stable, comfortable ride. New Polymer front bump stops and rear bump stops relocation brackets, rear track bar relocation bracket for the rear axle and all necessary mounting hardware completes the kit. 

The JK Upgrade box for the 2.5" & 3.5" kit (JK25000K) includes front and rear lower control arms, front sway bar disconnects and rear sway bar end links. 

The 4" & 5" lift kits feature Softride front and rear coil springs along with front and rear track bar brackets. The kit also includes front and rear lower control arms with greaseable bushings. Lower front control arms are formed from 1/4" wall DOM tubing. Front and rear bump stop spacers and all necessary hardware complete the kit.  Maximum tire and wheel size is 37x12.50x16 with 4.5" BS. Pitman arm recommended & sold separately.

Long Arm Series lift kits include upper and lower Value Flex control arms which are tubular. The front lower arms are arched and relocated inside the frame for maximum ground clearance and turning radius. These arms are 40% longer than factory spec for greatly improved articulation. 4-5" allows for 315/70/17 and the 6-7" clears a maximum 355/70/17. A pitman arm is recommended. 

All Control Arms listed in the options section below come equipped with Skyjacker's New, Rebuildable NG Rod Ends.

Track Bar Bracket Brace
This brace will strengthen the factory track bar brackets. The mounting hole is slotted, and will fit Skyjacker 07-08 JK kits and most other manufactures if their kit includes a track bracket bar relocation bracket mounted on the axle.

With the new Value Flex Series  lifts for the Jeep JK Skyjacker has taken the lift and the look from their Flex Series systems and packed it into these great Value Flex Kits. This gives you all the necessary items for the ultimate articulation at an economical price. Served up with lower control arms fitted with Skyjackeršs massive 1.25" TeflonŽ/KevlarŽ lined, self-lubricating rod ends at the axle. Soaking up the energy at the frame are greaseable polyurethane bushing ends. Add in some serious steering protection and poly tie rod boots for when you're Tweaked to the Max! Jeep Wrangler JK 4-Door
Trailmaster's 5" lift kit uses new front coil springs and rear polyurethane spring spacers.  This kit retain the factory control arms and track bars as well as the factory steering geometry.  The 5" kit will easily accommodate 35" tall tires. The kit includes SSV shocks. SSVR & SSVX shocks are available.

Jeep Wrangler JK 2-Door
Trailmaster's 3" lift kit also uses new front coil springs and rear polyurethane spring spacers.  Like the 5" this kit retains the factory control arms and track bars as well as the factory steering geometry. Kit easily accomodates 33" tires and includes SSV shocks. 

These kits are very affordable options for the casual off road enthusiast.

Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon 2 & 4 Door 5" Flex Arm Kit
Trailmaster's 5" Flex Arm Kit was engineered by Jeep enthusiasts with sportsman and rock crawlers in mind. The kit uses new front and rear coil springs, standard quick disconnect sway bar links and DOT approved braided steel, kevlar lined brake lines for front and rear.  Trailmaster's .156 walled DOM tube replacement upper and lower control arms come with a flex joint for maximum articulation. Replacement front and rear track bars with heim joint ends are also  included for proper geometry and bind free movement. SSV shocks round out the kit.  New front and rear driveshafts are recommended. The 5" kit will easily accommodate 35" tall tires.

The JK family uses 22 different coil springs, each with a slightly different rate dictated by how the JK is equipped. New Superlift front / rear coils provide the lift. The largest jump in spring rate is from the 2 to 4-door model. Lift height can vary slightly (plus / minus up to 3/8") depending on your factory spring rate.

As the JK is raised, track bar angle increases and when lift height exceeds 2", bar length becomes an issue. Bar bind causes the chassis and axle to continuously "tug" against each other resulting in uneven ride height (side-to-side) chassis / frame misalignment and "roll and yaw". Front correction is accomplished via a new adjustable track bar. This route is preferred, as opposed to using a relocation bracket, since the bar's arc-of-travel must remain in-sync with the drag links arc-of-travel or steering wheel "kick" will result. A relocation bracket is used on the rear axle since there are no steering geometry issues.

The stock JK has no provisions for front caster angle realignment, which is required at this lift height, so Superlift provides new alignment cams. Compression travel is controlled via new urethane stops while new shocks improve control and restore full extension travel. The lift system also includes longer sway bar links with factory style, greasable tie-rod type upper ends, front / rear brake hose relocation brackets and emergency brake cable brackets ... nothing is left unattended. 

Rockrunner Swivel Links for
2 and 4-Door Models including Rubicon

Coax the remaining twist out of your JK.  The Rockrunner design has many advantages over other types of replacement links.  The most common competitor's links are one-piece units with some type of pivoting eye bushing (like a Heim joint). Superlift's primary advantages are: a longer service life, quiet operation, less vibration and shock load transmitted from axle to chassis, and link length is adjustable so driveline and steering alignment can be dialed in. Links feature factory type steel encased rubber bushings at the frame ends for durability, flexibility and quiet operation, and high density greasable Urethane bushings at the axle ends for improved control.

Fabtech's 3" Basic system utilizes the factory coil springs with 3" steel coil spacers.  With the vast array of cab and motor combinations found in the JK utilization of the factory coil springs with this system ensures that the vehicle will receive a full 3" of lift to clear 35/1250R17 tires.  This system includes a replacement pitman arm, front and rear Trac Bar relocation brackets, sway bar mounts, front and rear bump stop mounts and more. Proper front end alignment is insured with this system due to the included adjustable alignment cams.  Also included is a front driveshaft boot clamp kit to allow additional clearance between the front driveshaft and transmission during full suspension articulation.  

The 5.5" Short Arm kit uses the factory link arm mounts with heavy 5/16" wall replacement links (upper & lower front and lower rear) with rotational urethane ends for unrestricted movement. The link feature adjustable ends to enable proper caster and pinion angle adjustments. The replacement coils feature higher spring rate while maintaining offroad flexability. Front and rear trac bar relocation brackets maintain proper axle positioning throughout the suspension travel. Additional weld-on trac bar brackets are provided to reinforce weak factory axle mounting points. Extended length bump stop brackets, sway bar links, pitman arm and brake line brackets also included. 

Both 3" and 5.5" kits include front Performance and rear Monotube shocks.  Dirt Logic option also available.

Rubicon Express Lift Kits

The 3.5" Super-Flex suspension system is for enthusiasts looking for the best short arm suspension system that retains the factory mounting locations. The 3.5" Super-Flex kit features great ride quality and phenomenal performance. Features include new Rubicon adjustable upper and fixed lower control arms with Super-Flex spherical ball joints, replacement lift springs extended bump stops, longer front stainless steel brake lines. This suspension will allow the use of 35 to 37 x 12.5 tires.

The 4.5" Extreme Duty Long Arm System features world class chromolloy radius arms both in the front and rear. Geometry has been meticulously engineered to keep pinion and driveshaft angles in phase, while eliminating jacking and unwanted suspension squat. Engineered radius arm suspension with properly valved Rubicon shocks correctly allows the JK to transmit throttle input to the wheels and over varied terrain, providing sure footed traction and positive suspension feedback. This suspension will allow the use of 37 inch tires. 4 Door JK will need front driveshaft modifications and rear driveshaft modification is recommended. 2 Door JK requires both front and rear driveshaft modifications.

Rancho's 2" front leveling springs improved spring rate enhances the factory ride and allows 33's.

The Rancho JK sport suspension system is a complete bolt-on system that installs in approximately 4 hours. This uncompromising design, value-priced, features coil springs, forged pitman arm, front/rear track bar relocation brackets and front upper/lower link drop bracket assemblies. Fits up to a 35" tire. OE wheels compatible with stock size tires only. 

Benefits: Maintains optimal caster geometry. Improves approach and departure angles. No cutting or welding required for install. Re-aligns axle centers. Optimizes steering geometry for minimal bump steer. Increases suspension travel by over 1".

Rubicon models require front swaybar endlink hardware kit sold separately.

Rancho's Long Arm system was developed around 35" tires for peak articulation but an optional 37" (with minor trimming) can be accommodated. The front has upgraded with heavy duty tubular style front radius arms with extended pivot points and Rancho's patented double cushion high articulation bushing.  The rear features the exclusive rear-mounted upper tri-link design which delivers easy bolt-on installation without removing or modifying the fuel tank.  This unique design eliminates the factory track bar and upper links for improved performance. The factory exhaust system will need to be replaced with the installation of this system.

Daystar's combo kit for the Jeep JK Wrangler combines the 1" body mount kit with the 1 3/4" Lift Kit. This combo kit provides room for up to 35" tires.

Leveling Kit includes top load spacers that do not require disassembly of the stock coil.
