These vehicles have solid axles front & rear with leaf springs.
The front leafs are different on each side with the driver side spring
having slightly more arch. The 4.5" & 7" front springs
have degree shims attached to improve drive shaft angle.
Notes:
An adjustable drag link is included with the 4.5" & 7"
lift kits. Shocks sold separately. Kits use rear blocks.
Systems use rear leaf springs

the EZ-Ride leaf spring technology for a comfortable ride. Kit includes
front sway bar drop and a choice of either rear add-a-leafs or leaf
springs. Allows use of 33x12.50 tires. Shocks sold separately.

1979-85 Toyota straight axle models
were built to last. The Softride springs manufactured
by Skyjacker use
tapered leaves to yield a lower spring rate and better
travel, Teflon wear pads to help reduce interleaf
friction,
a "bolt" style clip to reduce leaf friction and
shotpeening
to compress the steel and increase its tensile strength.
Notes:
Adjustable drag link required on
5" & 7" lifts. Kits include rear blocks
and/or add-a-leafs. Systems include rear leaf springs.
