The Rough Country 4.5" bracket lift kit for the Ford F350 Dually is designed to level the front with the rear of the truck. The coil springs are engine specific to maintain ride quality and provide increased ground clearance. The radius arm brackets are designed to provide proper caster that's crucial to maintaining the factory drivability and handling. Steering geometry is maintained with a dropped pitman arm. The Vertex shocks are a nitrogen-charged monotube design with an external reservoir with steel braided reservoir line for increased oil capacity and damping. This high-end shock features a 2.5” piston with a high flow 22mm chrome hardened piston rod that offers 56% more fluid capacity than the average 2.0 reservoir shock.
