1984-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.5" lift system Dana 35, rear springs, Nitro shocks

For the Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.5" lift kit, Zone Offroad provides front coil springs designed for offroad use. These coil springs are designed for extreme travel and are so powerful, even when smashed to the bottom they will always come back. They avoid being stiff because of the wire design and spring rate used. These springs are made in the USA. 2" bump stop extensions are supplied to drastically increase wheel travel. This system also includes extended sway bar links to reduce body roll and brake line relocation brackets. Lower control arms made from 1-3/4" x 1/4" thick wall DOM tubing with greasable urethane ends and dual fluting are included to supply the correct alignment as well as axle location. A transfer case drop is also included to correct driveline angle.

The rear is lifted with rear leaf springs designed to give 3" of lift and the max amount of compression travel. This 5-leaf spring pack with anti-friction pads and center leaf spacer plates between each leaf is designed to flatten out as much as possible translating to increased wheel travel without losing the ability to hold up and handle your load of gear. To achieve 4" of rear lift, longer, greasable boomerang shackles have been added to improve articulation while improving the pinion angle. A greasable extended shackle is also supplied to allow the rear leaf springs to really flex. New u-bolts and specially valved Hydro shocks are also included. Shock boots sold separately.
