1984-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.5" lift kit Dana 35 lift kit, FOX Adventure Series shocks

For the Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.5" lift kit, Zone Offroad provides front coil springs designed for offroad use. These coil springs are designed for extreme travel and are so powerful, even when smashed to the bottom they will always come back. They avoid being stiff because of the wire design and spring rate used. These springs are made in the USA. 2" bump stop extensions are supplied to drastically increase wheel travel.

This system also includes extended sway bar links to reduce body roll and brake line relocation brackets. Lower control arms made from 1-3/4" x 1/4" thick wall DOM tubing with greasable urethane ends and dual fluting are included to supply the correct aignment as well as axle location. A transfer case drop is also included to correct driveline angle.

The rear is lifted with a set of long, thin add-a-leafs designed to hold up without creating a harsh ride. The included longer shackles are made to lift the vehicle, correct pinion angle and improve articulation. New rear u-bolts and specially valved FOX Adventure Series shocks are also included. Built specifically for Zone Offroad lift kits, the Fox Adventure Series shocks feature a 2” OD steel body with a 5/8” heat treated hard chrome plated shaft that provides a comfortable street ride and predictable offroad handling under a variety of conditions. The Internal floating piston is designed to separate the shock oil from the nitrogen gas chamber. This monotube design eliminates oil aeration to provide performance that is fade free for your specific vehicle.
