2015-20 4WD Ford F150 4" Basic lift kit, Performance shocks

The Fabtech 4" basic lift kit for your Ford F150 features front coilover shocks that provide increased dampening. The factory coil springs are retained. For a clean line, the replacement ductile iron steering knuckles do not change the stock track width. The Fabtech high arched lower control arm crossmembers are constructed of 1/4" thick steel, with an integrated differential skid plate to provide strength and rigidity to the front frame and suspension. A rear block kit and rear Performance shocks are also included.
