2021-Up 4WD Ford Bronco HOSS 1.0 Pkg 1.375-3" Stage 1 Lift Kit

HOSS 1.0 (High-speed Off-road Suspension System) is Ford's "base" suspension system for Broncos with the Base Big Bend Outer Banks and Black Diamond trim levels WITHOUT the Sasquatch package. HOSS 1.0 is most easily identified by the BLACK shock bodies of the OE shocks.

This ICON adjustable lift features front and rear 2.5 EXP series coilovers to provide increased wheel travel, superior ride quality and both on and off-road increased suspension performance. The coilovers are fully rebuildable and by using the factory coil springs become cost effective to achieve the amount of lift you want. Snap-ring grooves are machined into the shock body for easily selectable front lift of 1.375" to 3" and rear lift of 1.5" to 2.25" on Bronco models equipped with the OE HOSS 1.0 package.

ICON's proven 2.5" diameter aluminum series shocks feature a one-piece impact-extruded aluminum shock body for the EXP Series shocks. The anodized finish not only looks great but has superior resistance to both abrasion and corrosion. The massive 7/8-inch diameter shaft is induction hardened and chrome plated. EXP shocks use the factory shaft-up orientation with the shaft ends machined to re-use the Bronco’s OE upper shock and spring mounts.

ICON custom tuned the EXP Series shocks that have a one-piece digressive piston to work in conjunction with the OE coil springs to maximize damping performance and provide unsurpassed ride quality both on and off-road. Superior heat dissipation is achieved with an increased piston size and shock oil volume that results in longer lasting shock performance. The EXP shocks ar fully re-valvable (and rebuildable) by any qualified shock technician with parts available from ICON.
