Retain the factory ride quality with this Zone Offroad 6" lift kit designed for your Denali 1500 with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC). This lift kit maintains the factory handling characteristics and road comfort while improving tire clearance for 37's and off-road capability. Using American steel crafted drop crossmembers that reposition the factory lower control arms, additional ground clearance is achieved. A differential skid plate creates a strong subframe while protecting critical driving and steering components.
Specially designed replacement steering knuckles maintain correct steering geometry for ESC system compatibility. The Zone knuckles are designed to not limit wheel configuration and allows for 17" or larger aftermarket wheels to be installed a well as 20" OEM wheels. A set of heavy duty replacement tie rod ends and weld-in crossmember plate are included to strengthen the chassis. Multipoint differential relocation brackets secure the front differential to keep the operating angles of the CV axle at a minimum.
Top mounted strut spacers are used to retain the factory ride quality and performance benefits of the ARC struts. ARC sensor relocation brackets are included along with sway bar drop brackets used to correct the operating angle of the factory sway bar and create a strong brace between the rear crossmember and the frame. Rear 5" lift blocks and longer u-bolts replace the factory blocks to provide a level stance without stacking lift blocks. By including rear brake lines and ABS line brackets, the rear factory brake lines are retained. Lower rear shock extensions allow the ARC rear shocks to be reinstalled to maintain rear damper performance.

Stock 17"" and 18"" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, stock 20"" wheels CAN be reinstalled. 17" wheels with 4.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod.
