This method of raising your vehicle uses body mount spacers to lift the body away from the frame without affecting the vehicle’s suspension. Additional components are required for some vehicles that could include steering extensions, bumper brackets and other brackets necessary to raise the vehicle. A more complete look is accomplished with the installation of gap guards to conceal the frame from view. A typical body lift will increase the height of the wheel well to allow the installation of larger tires.
