The 4" Zone Offroad suspension lift kit for the Chevy Silverado ZR2 and GMC Sierra AT4 models is designed to improve offroad performance without sacrificing handling and a comfortable street ride. Due to the 2" factory lift, installing this 4" kit will have the truck sitting similar to a standard truck with a 6" lift.

This system is designed to take full advantage of the factory Multimatic shock system by correctly positioning them with an upper strut spacer in front and a relocation bracket in the rear.

At the heart of this lift kit are steel crossmembers that re-position the factory lower control arms to provide additional ground clearance. Paired with the included differential skid plate, this creates a strong subframe that adds protection for critical driveline and steering components. Combine all of this with the replacement upper control arms to achieve improved strength and durability.

Specially designed steering knuckles maintain the correct steering geometry. The chassis is further strengthened with heavy duty tie rod ends and a crossmember plate that is welded in. Multipoint differential relocation brackets secure the differential in its new location to keep the CV axle operating angles at a minimum. Front top mounted steel strut spacers install without disassembly of the factory strut. The rear factory block is replaced with a taller lift block with longer u-bolts for a level stance.
