Install a set of ICON tubular steel upper control arms that free up the front suspension on your Ford Bronco to allow maximum travel for the performance coilovers and shocks. Better front-end alignment for your lifted Bronco is achieved with the additional caster built in to correct suspension geometry. These tubular upper control arms are made using heavy wall DOM tubing CNC formed and fixture welded. They have a multi-stage black powder coat finish and include all components and hardware for installation.

The Delta Joint PRO provides durability and performance improvements including up to 90 degrees of free articulation to maximize suspension travel without bind. The Delta Joint PRO is fully rebuildable and features a grease fitting that’s protected by an anodized billet aluminum dust cap. Heavy duty dual stage serviceable bushings at the frame pivots are both rebuildable and greasable and fit into precision machined bushing housings to ensure a responsive driving experience. This design means any component may be removed inspected and replaced without having to purchase a whole new joint.

By using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than the ICON standard Delta Joint, this improves both strength and durability. The full 90 degrees of articulation represents a 14% improvement in range of motion over the standard Delta Joint allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel. The Delta Joint PRO has a chromoly ball and shaft with a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55 to take the abuse. The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless metal-to-metal bearing interface. The lubrication system was redesigned with lubricant channels that distribute grease more efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.
