The Rough Country 4.5" lift kit for the Ford F250, F350 Super Duty includes front coil springs, track bar bracket, radius arm brackets to allow for properly set caster, brake line brackets, bump stop extensions, sway bar extensions and a 6" fabricated block kit along with four N3 Nitro shocks. The specially designed anti-axle wrap rear blocks maintain stock ride quality while eliminating common lift block problems. Proper caster is crucial to maintaining factory handling and driveability. A Dual steering stabilizer is highly recommended.
