Superlift steering stabilizer cylinders are hydraulic white cylinders. The single stabilizer kit includes a single cylinder and mounting hardware. This is basically a shock absorber for your steering system to resist sudden shocks from uneven road conditions and to combat tire shimmy that may occur with larger tires and wheels. Boots are sold separately.
